Hydraulic Grinding/Milling Machine
These machines are accurate and versatile: they make it possible to solve all grinding problems in an optimal and economic way. Berco machines are characterized by the automatic alternating movement of the table which is hydraulically controlled; the head is operated by one of the main motors which directly controls the grinding wheel shaft and by an additional motor for cutter control.These machines allow for three different grinding procedures: with grinding wheel, single-edged cutting tool or insert milling cutter.

Flywheel Ginder

The FLYWHEEL SURFACE GRINDER is engineered specifically to grind flywheels including all recessed, flat, and import; also center plates, clutch plates, pressure plates (with optional tooling). The coolant tank and pump are externally located for maintenance ease. All machine castings are extra thick to dampen vibration and help produce smooth, flat surfaces. The rotating table is ground flat.

  • Heavy duty precision balanced 5 HP grinding motor
  • Star wheel dresser located on side of motor for operator convenience.
  • Large 14" T-slotted table supported by double Timken bearings.
  • Large sump drains into exterior coolant tank/pump which can be positioned on left or right side for ease of cleaning.
